Fight or Dance is a duo-project from The Netherlands. We make modern prog metal, or something like that…

We released our first single Fight or Dance (Anxiety) in March 2023, but it all started back in 2021. In the summer of that year, Chris expressed his appreciation for a bunch of modern and fresh sounding instrumental demos that I had made. I remember him saying “if I can be a fan of this stuff, why can’t other people be too?”. That was the moment I decided to start working out those songs. And here we are, almost two years later.

With the help of great guest musicians Jodie Poye and Oleh Andrievsky and producer Daan Nieboer from Cornerstone Audio our first album Step Your Mind is finally finished. All songs will be released everywhere in the coarse of 2023. So stay tuned!
